Overview
NoRemorse is a simulated shopping experience. The app lets you browse fantasy products, add them to a virtual cart, complete a simulated checkout, and track a fictional delivery. No real payment is processed and no real product is shipped.
Information We Store
The app stores a randomly generated guest session ID in your browser or app storage so it can show your virtual order history on the same device. When you place a virtual order, NoRemorse stores the selected items, quantities, simulated recipient details, virtual totals, tracking number, tracking status, timestamps, and the guest session ID.
Information We Do Not Collect
NoRemorse does not collect real payment card numbers, does not move real money, and does not collect information needed to ship physical goods. Do not enter sensitive personal, payment, or identity information into simulated checkout fields.
How Information Is Used
Stored virtual order data is used to provide product search, simulated checkout, guest order history, and fictional tracking updates. We may also use operational logs to keep the service reliable and secure.
Third-Party Services
NoRemorse runs on Google Cloud services, including Cloud Run, Firestore, Cloud Tasks, Secret Manager, Cloud Load Balancing, and Cloud Armor. Product images may be loaded from Unsplash image URLs used in the catalog experience.
Your Choices
You can clear local browser or app storage to remove the guest session ID from your device. Because the current app uses guest sessions instead of accounts, order history is tied to the device/browser session that created it.
